What it is about

Set in 1993, the film follows Ryu and Ken, two fighters who have drifted apart, after Chun-Li signs them up for the next World Warrior Tournament, where they end up facing each other as well as their own inner struggles. M. Bison, played by David Dastmalchian, is the villain. Wikipedia calls it an action comedy and the third live-action feature film based on Capcom's game series. The BBFC describes it as a martial arts action fantasy.
