Global Village Dubai Season 31: Date, Hours and Tickets
Global Village, Dubai's seasonal park of country pavilions, rides, food and shopping, opens its 31st season on Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2026, with the gates opening at 6 pm that evening, The National reports. The season runs until May 2027 under the theme "A More Wonderful World". The exact closing date has not been announced, Khaleej Times says.
After opening night the park opens at 4 pm every day. Season 31 entry tickets were not on sale on Oct. 4, according to the official site.

These are the hours on the official plan-your-visit page, in Dubai time (UTC+4, so 6 pm is 14:00 UTC). Some news reports list Monday to Thursday as the midnight-closing days; the official site says Sunday to Wednesday, so go by that.
Global Village tickets and prices
- Season 31 tickets: the official site says they "will be available later this year". Prices for the new season have not been announced.
- Last season: general entry was Dh25 on weekdays and Dh30 at weekends, Khaleej Times says. Entry is usually free for children under 3, adults aged 65 and over and People of Determination, Khaleej Times adds, and the official site says a companion of a Person of Determination gets in free too.
- Scam warning: Dubai Police warned on Sept. 19 about fake Global Village websites and social media accounts. Buy only through official channels and report suspicious links to Dubai Police's eCrime platform or by calling 901, Gulf News reported.
What to expect in Season 31
- Returning: Gardens of the World, a landscaped zone linking the Egypt and China pavilions, Dragon Kingdom, a walk-through attraction with 11 themed rooms, and The Little Wonderers, an indoor adventure park for children at Carnaval, Khaleej Times lists.
- New: organisers promised "thrilling additions" but gave no list. TradeArabia reports that more announcements are expected before opening.
- Scale: last season had 30 pavilions representing more than 90 cultures, over 3,500 shopping outlets and more than 250 dining experiences, plus more than 200 rides and games at Carnaval, Khaleej Times reported.
- Facilities include prayer rooms for men and women, a mothers' room, a clinic and free Wi-Fi, says the official site.
How to get to Global Village
- Bus: routes 102 (from Centrepoint Metro Station), 103 (Union Metro Station), 104 (Ghubaiba Bus Station) and 106 (Mall of the Emirates Metro Station) serve the park. Buses usually run from 3:15pm to 11:15pm and take about 30 minutes. For timetables call 800 9090.
- Taxi: Careem, Uber and RTA taxis are listed on the official site.
- Parking: free zones P1, P3 and P5 are 400 to 450 metres from the Gate of the World. Zones P7 to P11 are free only at weekends, on public holidays and on busy days, about 1 km from the Cultural Gate with a free shuttle. Paid parking costs Dh75 or Dh120 a day, and VIP parking Dh200 a day.
Rules at Global Village
Visitors are asked to dress modestly and to avoid public displays of affection. Pets are not allowed, and neither are scooters, bicycles, hoverboards, skateboards or roller skates. Filming needs a permit. The park's website recommends comfortable shoes and the Global Village app for finding your way.
Global Village first welcomed visitors in 1997, during the Dubai Shopping Festival, Gulf News notes.
