The Dubai Fitness Challenge 2026 runs from Saturday, October 31 to Sunday, November 29. The idea is simple: 30 minutes of physical activity every day for 30 days, which is why it's also called the 30x30. It's free, and anyone in Dubai can join, residents and visitors alike. This is the 10th edition, and its theme is "What's Your 30x30?" (Gulf News).

How to join

  1. Register for free on the official site, dubaifitnesschallenge.com. Registration is open now.
  2. Sign up separately for Dubai Ride and Dubai Run. Everyone taking part in those two needs to pre-register; the organisers will publish the details before each event.
  3. Move for 30 minutes a day. Any activity counts: walking, running, cycling, swimming, football, padel, a home workout.
  4. Use the free spaces. This year there are three free Fitness Villages and more than 23 Community Fitness Hubs with classes and activities. Their locations haven't been announced yet; past editions used Kite Beach, Zabeel Park and JLT.
