UAE and Qatar Petrol Prices: November 2026 Announcement
The UAE and Qatar both set November 2026 petrol and diesel prices at the end of October, around Saturday, October 31, and the new prices start on November 1. Until then, October prices apply. In the UAE, Super 98 costs Dh4.40 a litre, Special 95 Dh4.28, E-Plus 91 Dh4.21 and diesel Dh4.80. In Qatar, Super 95 costs QR2.10, Premium 91 QR1.95 and diesel QR2.05. We'll add the November prices here as soon as each country announces them.

Why UAE prices jumped
The UAE Fuel Price Committee reviews retail prices at the close of each month in line with global energy markets (Gulf News). Since the regional war began on February 28, UAE pump prices have climbed more than 60% at their peak, fell back in July, and have risen every month since. Crude was trading at around $107 a barrel when October's prices were set. Petrol is back above Dh4 a litre, a level the UAE first crossed in 2022 after Russia invaded Ukraine (Khaleej Times).

How Qatar sets its prices
Qatar's Ministry of Energy and Industry pegged local fuel prices to international markets, and since September 2017 QatarEnergy has published the price list every month (The Peninsula). In October only Premium 91 changed, falling by 5 dirhams. In December 2025, Premium 91 was QR2.00, Super 95 QR2.05 and diesel QR2.05, so Super 95 now costs 5 dirhams more than then.
